To provide an independently supported water surface solar power generation system for discrete type operation and a maintenance channel with high light permeability, good hydrophilic property, and a stable structure.SOLUTION: This system includes a surrounding continuous operation and a maintenance channel 1a, the surrounding continuous operation and maintenance channel include a length direction length channel 1a.1 and a width direction width channel 1a.2. The length channels are formed by a plurality of passage floating bodies 1 assembled in order along its both end directions, the width channels are formed by alternately assembling the passage floating bodies and connection floating bodies along the two sides. The connection floating bodies are attached to side walls of the passage floating bodies.
