To provide a urine removing pad for caring that prevents cleaning labor, rash, eczema, infection, and the like from being caused by stool diffused to a body front part and stickily adhering to a delicate part of a woman.SOLUTION: A semi-cylindrical bulging embankment 3 is provided on a urine removing pad for caring 1's position 2 to be brought into contact with a body's perineum to prevent stool diffusion. A semi-cylindrical bulge 5 is provided in a range for pressing a recess of labia majora and edges of both sides so as to connect with the center part of the embankment 3 and extend to an abdomen surface 4. At the bulge 5's initial portion about 3 cm connecting with the embankment 3, a wedge-shaped incision 6 is shallowly provided in order to tightly close the recess of the labia majora. The bulge 5 is set so that its width is gradually decreased and its height is gradually decreased as advancing to the abdomen surface 4 and the bulge 5 fades away at a position corresponding to the half of the labia majora's length.
