The work supporting system 10 is configured from: a wearable terminal 20 provided to be mountable on the head of a worker P1 who monitors each of the mounting lines L, and having a camera unit 21 and a microphone unit 22; and a supervisor terminal 30 which is connected to the wearable terminal 20 through a LAN 90, receives, through the LAN 90, and displays a determination result R and voice data acquired by the wearable terminal 20, and also transmits, to the wearable terminal 20, instruction content from the supervisor P2 for the worker P1.
