To provide a utility pole original hole rebuilding device capable of reducing the number of work vehicles required for rebuilding work at a utility pole original hole and shortening work time required for rebuilding at the utility pole original hole, a utility pole original hole rebuilding work vehicle, and a utility pole original hole rebuilding method.SOLUTION: A utility pole original hole rebuilding work vehicle 12 includes a vehicle body 31 and a support arm 32, is capable of conveying a temporary pole body 11, and is provided so as to be capable of supporting the temporary pole body 11 which is installed by being erected in the vertical direction. The support arm 32 is provided such that a distal end portion 44 can grip the temporary pole body 11. A rear end is attached to the vehicle body 31 so as to be rotatable right and left and rotatable in the vertical direction. The support arm 32 can be expanded and contracted along its extending direction.
