PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device, radiation measurement device, and radiation measurement method that can specify a hotspot with high detection efficiency and in short time like one minute and the like.SOLUTION: A radiation detection device comprises: a multi-collimator that includes a spherical shell-shape shield body; and a plurality of γ ray detectors. The multi-collimator is the shield body selected so as to be the spherical shell-shape, and in order to restrict an incident direction of radiation, the multi-collimator has a plurality of cylindrical through-holes formed on the spherical shell to arrange a plurality of collimators. The plurality of γ ray detectors are arranged corresponding to each of the plurality of collimators, and radiation of a specific field of view restricted by the corresponding collimator is individually detected. A radiation measurement device measures a radiation distribution using the radiation detection device, and comprises processing means. The processing means is configured to implement smoothing processing and interpolation processing on the basis of an acquisition signal of each γ ray detector to fragment the signal into a mesh finer than a detection field of view of one γ ray detector, and calculate a fragmented signal intensity distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
