PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular polarization generator in which a protruding piece can be easily attached to a main body regardless of thickness of the protruding piece.SOLUTION: A circular polarization generator 1 comprises: a main body 10 which is formed tubular and with which a flat support face 12 is formed on an outer peripheral surface 11 and a penetration hole 15 is formed from the support face 12 to an inner peripheral surface 14; and a protrusion 20 which includes a substrate 21 including a flat abutment surface 21a and a protruding piece 22 erected from the abutment surface 21a and is formed integrally. The abutment surface is abutted to the support face while inserting the protruding piece through the penetration hole, such that the abutment surface is attached to the support face in a state where the protruding piece protrudes into a duct of the main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
