PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet that has excellent water and oil repellency initially and over time, and can effectively protect an operator from liquid organic chemical substance.SOLUTION: A protective sheet (5) has a protective layer (1,3) formed on at least one of a gas adsorptive layer (2) by quilting with a sewing thread (4). The gas adsorptive layer and the protective layer are coated with a fluorine-based water and oil repellent having a perfluoroalkyl group with 6 or less carbon atoms. An amount of detection of silicon on the sewing thread surface by ESCA (Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis) measurement is 10 atom% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
