PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device which can avoid size increase of a starter by reducing load torque at the time of starting an engine.SOLUTION: A transmission device D comprises: a travel system transmission device D1 which transmits power outputted from an engine 3a to a travel device such as a front wheel 1 and a rear wheel 2 via an advancing/retracting changeover mechanism 50 which also functions as a main clutch mechanism, a hydrostatic variable transmission mechanism 20 as a main transmission mechanism, a planetary gear mechanism 40, and an auxiliary transmission mechanism 60; and a work system transmission device D2 which transmits power outputted from the engine 3a to a work device via a work clutch 70, a work transmission mechanism 71, and a power take-off shaft 7.
