PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical CT apparatus capable of easily acquiring 4D data on a subject and reducing invasiveness to the subject.SOLUTION: A helical CT apparatus includes: a first detector for scanning part of a subject in a first position in a body axial direction at a first time, and acquiring first scan information; a second detector for scanning part of the subject in the first position in the body axial direction at a second time, and acquiring second scan information; and a processor for acquiring time-series information in the first position in the body axial direction based on the first scan information and the second scan information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
