PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and effort in evaluating pore size of a porous material.SOLUTION: A pore size evaluation device includes: a holder for holding a porous object under evaluation having a first surface, a second surface, and pores that put the first and second surfaces in communication with each other; a first chamber which is in communication with the pores through the first surface and is provided with a gas supply port and a gas discharge port; a gas supply unit configured to supply a mixed gas sample to the gas supply port; a second chamber which is in communication with the pores through the second surface and is configured to receive a permeated gas separated from the mixed gas while permeating through the pores; and a measurement unit configured to measure composition of the permeated gas introduced from the second chamber through a first path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
