PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat utilization hot water supply system capable of suppressing occurrence of hot water shortage in a case where a large amount of hot water is used in the same time zone.SOLUTION: A solar heat utilization hot water supply system 1 includes: a hot water supply facility 10 that has a heat source machine 11, and a hot water storage tank 12 storing hot water heated by the heat source machine 11, and supplies hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 12 to consumers; a solar heat collection unit 20 that has a heat collection unit 21 configured to heat cold water with solar heat, and a hot water storage tank 22 storing hot water heated by the heat collection unit 21; and a selector valve 40 that supplies to the hot water storage tank 12 of the hot water supply facility 10 any one of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 22 of the solar heat collection unit 20 and cold water from a water service pipeline 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
