Provided are a PVA film excellent in stretch processability, a stretched film obtained from the PVA film, and a polarizing film excellent in moldability. The polyvinyl alcohol film of the present invention contains polyvinyl alcohol (A) and polyisoprene rubber particles (B), and the content of the polyisoprene rubber particles (B) is 35 per 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl alcohol (A). The polyvinyl alcohol film is more than 60 parts by mass and more than 10 parts by mass.
