A heat capacity measuring device according to the present invention, in a state in which a first test material having a known heat capacity is loaded (S11), adjusts the air temperature in a test tank(S12), calculates the integral value of a heat flow measured in a predetermined period during the adjustment process (S13), calculates a difference of the surface temperature measured at the beginningand the end of the predetermined period (S14), calculates a sensitivity coefficient by dividing the heat capacity of the first test material by a result obtained by dividing the integral value by thedifference (S15), and calculates the heat capacity of a second test material by using the sensitivity coefficient and calculating the integral value and the difference in the state in which the second test material having the unknown heat capacity is loaded (S16 to S20).
