To provide a shoe size confirmation member and a shoe size selection kit which are devised to get a purchaser of mail-order sale to feel sensation close to trying-out while suppressing shipping cost and manufacturing cost, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the shoe size confirmation member.SOLUTION: The shoe size confirmation member includes: a shrink film 2 which has a top opening 2a for the foot to enter and which has a shape copied from a wooden last 5; a reinforcement tape 3 which is stuck to a surface of the shrink film 2 to suppress extension and contraction of the shrink film 2; and a stretchable tape 4 which is stuck to the periphery of the top opening 2a and along a blade part 13 from the top opening 2a.
