To propose a recognition support system, a recognition support apparatus and a recognition support server.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: There is provided an eyeglass type recognition support apparatus including a microphone for acquiring voice of a conversation partner, an earphone for outputting personal identification information on the conversation partner, and a control unit for detecting the fact that audio acquired by the microphone is interrupted and initiating output of the personal identification information from the earphone. The personal identification information on the conversation partner is superimposed and displayed in a field of view where the conversation partner can be seen through eyeglass lenses. The eyeglass type recognition support apparatus also serves as a hearing aid that boosts voice of the partner acquired by the microphone and outputs it from the earphone. The earphone is a stereophonic earphone, and outputs the personal identification information only from one channel of the stereophonic earphone. The eyeglass type recognition support apparatus is incorporated with a mobile phone having a support function for providing the personal identification information to receive the personal identification information from the mobile phone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
