PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently curtail customer congestion at a self terminal in a financial institution so as to improve customer convenience and satisfaction.SOLUTION: A congestion mitigation support system 100 includes: a storage device 101 which stores prediction tables 125, 126 storing a predicted congestion degree per time period and per self terminal related to a self terminal 200 and an incentive definition table 126 storing information on each incentive for customers which increases as the predicted congestion degree lowers; and an operation device 104 which, when a self terminal 200 is used, respectively identifies predicted congestion degrees regarding the time period of use and the self terminal 200 used in the prediction tables 125, 126 and identifies incentives for customers corresponding to the respective predicted congestion degrees in the incentive definition table 126 to impart them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
