PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery support instrument, a surgery support assembly, a surgery support instrument creation device, a surgery support instrument creation method, and a program that facilitate appropriate positioning of a bone chip for a bone as a treatment object.SOLUTION: A surgery support instrument 1 includes: a base part 10 installed on the surface of a bone as a treatment object; a shaft part 20 provided to the base part 10 and extending in a direction away from the base part 10; and an index part 30 provided to the tip of the shaft part 20 and providing an index related to the inclination of the bone when the base part 10 is installed on the surface of the bone.
