PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to evaluate a clerk by using operation information for merchandise information of merchandise recommended by the clerk in a conventional manner.SOLUTION: The clerk evaluation device comprises: an operation information reception part for receiving information on an operation to a screen on which clerk attribute information and one or more merchandise attribute information are associated with each other for each of two or more clerk identifiers, that is, operation information having a merchandise identifier; an evaluation information generation part for generating evaluation information in which the evaluation of a clerk becomes higher as the number of operation information received by the operation information reception part is larger in association with the clerk identifier making a pair with the merchandise identifier owned by the operation information; and an evaluation information output part for outputting the generated evaluation information in association with the clerk identifier. Thus, it is possible to evaluate the clerk by using the operation information for the merchandise information of merchandise recommended by each clerk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
