To provide a post-installed anchor and a concrete construction deterioration inspection method allowing a deterioration check of the anchor to be easily performed in low cost.SOLUTION: An insertion hole 2 having a diameter expansion section 5 the larger in diameter than an opening 3 in a depth side is secured in a formed concrete construction 1. The insertion hole has an elongated anchor bars 11 and an engaging part 12. The anchor bar 11 is inserted in the insertion hole 2, of which a tip projects from the insertion hole 2, comprising markers 7, 8 positioned at a position corresponding with the opening 3 or at a predetermined position on a rear end side further than that of the opening 3 to confirm deterioration of the concrete construction. The engaging part 12 is arranged on a rear part of the anchor bar 11 and is positioned at the diameter expanding section 5.
