To open an inner pressure when an inner pressure of a sealing container sealed with an outer member having flexibility is increased, and improve a sealing performance of the sealing container.SOLUTION: An explosion-proof valve 20 provided with an outer casing member 10 having flexibility with a valve hole 11, includes: a main body member 21 comprising a coating part 29 coating the valve hole 11, a lid part 22 integrally connected to the coating part 29 via a thin part 25 while being provided with the coating part 29, and an outer periphery part 23 provided to the circumference of the coating part 29; and an insulation part 30 contacted with the outer casing member 10 while being bonded to the outer periphery part 23. The outer periphery part 23 has a fine convexoconcave on a bonding surface 26 bonded with the insulation part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
