PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drowsiness detection program capable of accurately estimating a subject's drowsiness, a drowsiness detection method, and a drowsiness detection device.SOLUTION: An analysis part 130 performs frequency analysis about heartbeat data sequentially acquired from a subject. An estimation part 150 estimates whether the subject is in a drowsy state or in a relaxed state according to a degree of dispersion in a frequency distribution acquired as a result of the frequency analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
