To provide a printing plate excellent in linearity of a side edge portion in a printing direction and capable of forming a graphic pattern excellent in flatness when a graphic pattern small in a width direction size used as a size in a direction orthogonal to the printing direction is formed; a printer including the printing plate; and a method for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic electronic component.SOLUTION: A plurality of printing patterns P corresponding to a graphic pattern to be printed are formed on the surface of a plate material 51. The printing pattern comprises: a plurality of one side banks 21 projected from one side edge portion 12a in a printing direction (a direction shown by an arrow A) toward the other side edge portion 12b facing the one side edge portion and arranged at a predetermined interval in the printing direction; and a plurality of the other side banks 22 projected from the other side edge portion toward the side edge portion and arranged at a predetermined interval in the printing direction.
