PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life diagnosis method of a bearing component, a life diagnosis device of the bearing component, and a life diagnosis program of the bearing component by which the cumulative fatigue degree thereof can be estimated with high accuracy from a small amount of data.SOLUTION: In a life diagnosis method of a bearing component, an X-ray analytical data calculation unit 45 obtains X-ray analytical data from an X-ray diffraction ring detected by irradiating the bearing component for test with X-ray for each of a plurality of times of rolling fatigue tests with respect to a plurality of bearing components for test, and obtains X-ray analytical data from an X-ray diffraction ring detected by irradiating the bearing component for diagnosis with X-ray; an accumulative fatigue degree calculation unit 42 obtains an accumulative fatigue degree for each of the times of the rolling fatigue tests with respect to the bearing components for test on the basis of the S-N curve; and a diagnostic unit 37 obtains the accumulative fatigue degree of the bearing component for diagnosis on the basis of the X-ray analytical data of the bearing component for diagnosis, and an association table representing a relation between the X-ray analytical data of the bearing component for test and the accumulative fatigue degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
