PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical support information providing system that is small in an economic burden on medical doctors, medical institutions or the like.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a medical support information providing system that is provided with a medical institution terminal and a server device connectable to the medical institution terminal, and relates to the medical support information providing system in which the server device comprises: operation instruction reception means that receives operation instruction information regarding an operation instruction by a medical staff member from the medical institution terminal; point storage means that stores points retained by the medical staff member or a medical institution; point addition means that, when the medical staff member or the medical institution satisfies a predetermined condition, adds a predetermined point; and point subtraction means that subtracts a predetermined point in order to appropriate the point for a payment of a use expense of the medical support information providing system.
