Provided is an outside-air treatment system in which sufficient dehumidification performance is exhibited and the load associated with dehumidification is reduced. This outside-air treatment system 1 is provided with: an air supply channel 100 for supplying outside air to an air-conditioned space A; an exhaust channel 200 for exhausting return air from the air-conditioned space A; a total heat exchanger 2 for performing total heat exchange on the outside air drawn into the air supply channel 100 with respect to the return air passing through the exhaust channel 200; a regeneration unit 3 disposed downstream from the total heat exchanger 2 of the air supply channel 100, the regeneration unit 3 including a heating coil 31 for heating the outside air, and a regeneration side 32 of a desiccant rotor R through which the outside air heated by the heating coil 31 passes; and a dehumidification unit 4 disposed downstream from the regeneration unit 3 of the air supply channel 100, the dehumidification unit 4 including a cooling coil 41 for cooling the outside air that has passed through the regeneration side 32 of the desiccant rotor R, and a dehumidification side 42 of the desiccant rotor R through which the outside air cooled by the cooling coil 41 passes and is dehumidified.
