PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mind and body condition diagnosis support device for supporting more accurate detection of a stress state of a subject, and a biological information management system equipped with the mind and body condition diagnosis support device.SOLUTION: A mind and body condition diagnosis support device 30, into which biological information including information on a heart motion according to the heart motion of a subject is entered, calculates an RR interval which is a contraction interval of the heart of the subject from the information on the heart motion, and detects a stress state of the subject using an RR interval variation coefficient calculated by dividing the standard deviation of the RR interval in a coefficient calculation period by an average value of the RR interval in the coefficient calculation period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
