PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform actual payment or the like under administration of an administrator (a parent or a parent account) while allowing a child to freely dispose of a financial fund (deposit) of a child account.SOLUTION: Transaction information including the remainders regarding a parent account and a child account is stored in a parent/child account information file. In the case where a transaction is performed on the parent account (NO in a step 23 and NO in a step 29), the parent account remainder is calculated in accordance with a transaction amount and a transaction type (steps 25 and 31). In the case where the transaction is performed on the child account (YES in the step 23 and YES in the step 29), the child account remainder is calculated in accordance with a transaction amount and a transaction type (steps 25 and 31), and the parent account remainder related to the child account is also calculated (steps 41 and 42).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
