To provide a burner for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles and a method for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles that can uniformly control a combustion field without requiring addition of facilities etc., and can manufacture uniform particles of submicron order.SOLUTION: A burner for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles has: a raw material fluid jet hole 31 opened in a bottom part 21 of a combustion chamber 2 and jetting a raw material fluid G1 including fuel from the bottom part 21 into the combustion chamber 2 through a raw material supply pipe 3 arranged at a center axis J of a burner 1; a plurality of first combustion-supporting gas jet holes 41 provided in a side wall 22 of the combustion chamber 2 to surround the raw material fluid jet hole 31, and opened to jet a first combustion-supporting gas G2 while forming a swirl flow in a plane perpendicular to the center axis J; and a plurality of second combustion-supporting gas jet holes 51 provided closer to a front end 1A of the side wall 22 of the combustion chamber 2 than the first combustion-supporting gas jet holes 41 to surround the raw material fluid jet hole 31 and the plurality of first combustion-supporting gas jet holes 41, and opened to jet a second combustion-supporting gas G3 in a direction along the center axis J.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
