To provide a health management system with working support capable of responding to needs of a user such as an aged person who desires working support, and leading working support of the aged person to learning support of a child.SOLUTION: In a health management system in which user terminals 201 to 204 are connected via a network line 400 to a main server 100, the main server 100 comprises: a database 120 for registering user information; a working ability score evaluation unit 130 for evaluating working ability scores of an individual user; a health condition score evaluation unit 140 for evaluating health condition scores of the individual user; a program provision unit 150 for providing a working support program and a health improvement program; a working course certification unit 160 for certifying the working course of the individual user; a working certification information provision unit 170 for providing working certification information of the user to a working destination; and a point reduction unit 180 for reducing working points based on working results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
