To address the necessity of reducing operation procedures when using a device as well as ballooning production unit cost of the device for taking out tablets from a bulge part of a PTP package.SOLUTION: The tablet push-out device comprises: a narrow-width board body that makes the width in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction of a board body upper surface having a through-hole in which tablets with different sizes pass, narrower than the size of a sheet part of a PTP package for one tablet; a pushing-pressure stationary tool that is provided on the narrow-width board body, and forms a clamping surface that, when any PTP package sheet part is inserted from a tip between itself and the narrow-width board body, can be opened/closed in the horizontal direction according to the size and shape of the bulge part of the PTP package and includes means for clamping the bulge part; and a pusher that is attached to the narrow-width board body or the pushing-pressure stationary tool via a rotational mechanism, and includes a push-out piece for causing tablets inside the PTP package clamped by the clamping surface to fall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
