PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state record/display confirmation device for an automatic valve which is attached to the automatic valve arranged at existing piping equipment in operation while maintaining compactness as a whole without dismantling an automatic operation actuator, and can confirm an operation state at an installation site at each automatic valve, a state record/display confirmation system for the automatic valve, and the automatic valve.SOLUTION: A state record/display confirmation device for an automatic valve has: an accommodation unit 1 which is arranged so as to be attachable to an accessory attachment pedestal 10 which is formed at an upper part of an automatic operation actuator 4 mounted to a valve main body 3 which is composed of a rotating valve, and has an angle detection element 20 which is attached in a state of opposing a side face of control shaft 28 of the actuator 4; and a rotating element 2 attached to the control shaft 28.
