Mathematical model calculator and control device for rolling lines

摘要

Provided is a mathematical model calculation device which is for a rolling line and is capable of calculating a mathematical model with high accuracy with respect to a sheet thickness control of a material being rolled. The mathematical model calculation device is provided with a mathematical model calculation unit. The mathematical model calculation device for a rolling line is provided with a mathematical model calculation unit which calculates a mathematical model with respect to a rolling line by using a response value for a roll gap between a pair of work rolls as an input and using a response value for the rolling load of the material being rolled as an output, on the basis of a response value history of the rolling line in which the sheet thickness of the material being rolled is controlled by controlling the roll gap between the pair of work rolls that roll the material being rolled.
