The connecting means comprises a connection lever 3, an engaging member 4, an ornamental member 5 and a fastening bolt 6, the engaging member 4 is simultaneously slid and engaged with the plate member 1 and the connection lever 3 from both front and rear sides under a state in which a connecting end surface 8 of the plate member 1 and a connecting surface 9 of the connection lever 3 are connected to each other to restrict a displacement toward a separating direction of the plate member 1 and the connection lever 3, the ornamental member 5 is fastened by the fastening bolt 6 to both ends of the connection lever 3 to restrict a sliding displacement of the engaging member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
