To provide a dementia measure system, and a dementia measure method and program capable of promoting the improvement of a brain function about user's long-term memory and the improvement of a life habit.SOLUTION: A dementia measure system includes: a problem storage part for storing a plurality of training problems classified according to difficulty, and life habit advice; a user information storage part for storing a plurality of pieces of user information obtained by associating a user's identifier with problem difficulty information; a selection part 27 for selecting a training problem as an output problem from among the plurality of training problems on the basis of the problem difficulty information associated with user information of a user in receiving a training start request from a terminal device; and a creation part for creating a past confirmation problem on at least one of the output problem and the life habit advice outputted to the user. At least one of the output problem selected by the selection part 27, the past confirmation problem created by the creation part and the life habit advice stored in the storage part is outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
