PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of reliability analysis of facilities.SOLUTION: An analysis data selection device 10 includes: a storage section 12 for storing inspection history data showing inspection data representing an inspection day and time of a component and inspection results and repair data representing a repair day and time of the component; and an analysis data selection section 130 that adopts inspection data of the component just before the repair as failure data for analysis data when inspection results just before repair of the component reaches predetermined repair standards and that adopts inspection data of the component just before the repair as non-failure data for analysis data when inspection results just before repair of the component does not reach the predetermined repair standards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
