PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered food for normal temperature distribution whose texture, flavor, and color are suppressed from being deteriorated by pressurized heat sterilization.SOLUTION: A layered food for normal temperature distribution according to the present invention comprises: a dough layer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of wheat flour, rice flour, and starch; a first foodstuff layer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of vegetables, meats, and fishes and shellfishes; a second foodstuff layer comprising noodles; and an egg sheet layer comprising eggs, fat, and starch.
