PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a visit destination of a user effectively.SOLUTION: A visit destination estimation apparatus 10 is an apparatus for estimating a visit destination of a user. The visit destination estimation apparatus 10 includes a position information acquisition unit 12 that acquires user position information indicating a position of the user and POI position information indicating a position of a POI of a candidate for visit destination, a first estimation unit 13 that estimates the visit destination of the user from the POI of the candidate for visit based on the user position information and the POI position information, an estimation information acquisition unit 14 that acquires estimation information concerning at least any of the user and the POI of the candidate for visit destination used for estimation of the visit destination of the user other than the user position information and the POI position information, and a second estimation unit 15 that estimates the visit destination of the user from the POI of the candidate of the visit destination based on the estimation information when the visit destination of the user cannot be estimated by the first estimation unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
