PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having an enhanced dispersibility of candelilla wax using a nonionic surface active agent without combining higher fatty acid system anionic surfactant but with combining the specified amount or less of an amide betaine type ampholytic surfactant.SOLUTION: Provided is a candelilla wax dispersed composition in which one or two or more cetyl ether system nonionic surface active agents selected from candelilla wax, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene cetyl ether; and water is combined. And in the candelilla wax dispersed composition, an HLB value of a cetyl ether system nonionic surface active agent is 11.0 or more to 16.0 or less; a higher fatty acid system anionic surfactant is not combined; an amide betaine type ampholytic surfactant is combined loadings of less than 1.5 mass% or not combined; and a viscosity is 20000 mPa s or more.
