摘要

To provide a text classification technique suitable to realize a prompt and appropriate response, e.g., to a question from a customer, e.g., in a customer support service with a phone.SOLUTION: Input learning data is learned using a classifier A and a classifier B, and a part of the learning data not utilized in the learning in the classifier A (i.e., learning data Dlv for accuracy confirmation in the classifier A) is assigned to learning data Dll for original learning in the classifier B.
