PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the control of an injection rate of a cutoff agent in a cutoff tool of a splicing part of a wire harness.SOLUTION: The cutoff tool consists of a body and a lid and has a constitution that inside of the body is divided by a partition wall into a cutoff room with small volume and a cutoff agent reservoir room with larger volume than the cutoff room, an inlet of the cutoff agent for injecting the cutoff agent into the cutoff room is arranged on the lid, an opening for inserting a core wire and flowing the cutoff agent is arranged at an intermediate position in a height direction of the partition wall, wire insertion ports are arranged on both side walls of the cutoff agent reservoir room and the cutoff room sandwiching the partition wall, and the cutoff agent injected into the cutoff room is extruded into the cutoff agent reservoir room from a space between an outer periphery of the core wire inserted into the opening and an inner periphery of the opening after filling the cutoff room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
