To provide a storage method of radioactive granular waste resin to a shielding container in which an amount of radiation exposure is suppressed at the minimum when storing the radioactive granular waste resin generated on the water treatment in the spent fuel cooling reservoir in a shielding container, and thereby the radioactive granular waste resin removing moisture can be stored in the shielding container.SOLUTION: A storage method of radioactive granular waste resin to a shielding container includes: a waste resin storage step (A) of storing the collected radioactive granular waste resin in mesh bags 3; a moisture removal step (B) of removing moisture contained in the radioactive granular waste resin stored in the mesh bags 3; a mesh bag storage step (C) for storing the mesh bags 3 storing the radioactive granular waste resin removing the moisture in a resin bag 6; and a resin bag storage step (D) of storing the resin bag 6 storing the mesh bags 3 in a shielding container 7. Shield walls 8 are provided for shielding of intervals among the waste resin storage step (A), the moisture removal step (B), the mesh bag storage step (C) and the resin bag storage step (D).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
