Evaluation method of skin penetration of cosmetics

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively, and accurately evaluating quality of sense of permeation of a cosmetic to a skin, after the cosmetic is coated to the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided an evaluation method of a permeation sense of a cosmetic to a skin, for evaluating quality of the permeation sense of the cosmetic to the skin, based on magnitude of a viscosity index (1) indicated by a following formula (1). As the viscosity index (1) in the cosmetic is larger, the permeation sense to the skin is better, and as the viscosity index (1) in the cosmetic is smaller, the permeation sense to the skin is worse: the viscosity index (1)=(η-η)/η; viscosity ηis a viscosity at γobtained by raising shear rate of the cosmetic from 0 to γ; viscosity ηis a viscosity at γobtained by raising the shear rate of the cosmetic from 0 to γ, then reducing the shear rate from γto the γ. In the formula, 10≤γ≤1, 10≤γ≤1, and 10≤γ≤3×10are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
