Provided are a melt blown (MB) non-woven fabric, a laminate using the same, a method for producing the melt blown non-woven fabric, and a melt blow device. The melt blow device 100 includes a die 10 for discharging the resin melt 42 together with an accompanying flow, a hollow cover portion 20, and a collecting member 60. The thread-like material 50 discharged from the die 10 is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the crystallization temperature of the thermoplastic resin inside the hollow cover portion 20, and is collected by the collection surface 62 of the collection member 60. The hollow cover portion 20 and the collecting member 60 are separated from each other by 5 cm or more as a distance from the lower end 28 of the hollow cover portion 20 to the collecting surface 62 in a straight line downward in the vertical direction from the nozzle hole 12.
