To provide a new concrete release agent technology with excellent release property, which has greatly improved the quality of the concrete finish surface, can make use of recycled oil resource, is environment friendly and can be supplied for low cost without being influenced by crude oil supply price.SOLUTION: The release agent stock solution for concrete release agent is made by mixing mixture at 4 weight/capacity % of maleated wax of 50% or 60% and paraffin wax 40% - 50% as high acid value wax (A), condensed hydroxy fatty acid and its ester as oiliness improver (B) at 1.5 weight/capacity %, nonionic surface active agent as emulsifier (C) at 4 or 5 weight/capacity % and trans-oil as electrical insulation oil (D) at 90.5 or 89.5 weight/capacity %.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
