To provide a radiation dose distribution system, radiation dose distribution method, and radiation dose distribution program for accurately predicting radiation dose distribution from a measured image of radiation emitted to the outside in irradiation of particle beams.SOLUTION: A support server 20 includes a CT image information storage unit 23, and an irradiation condition information storage unit 24. A control unit 21 calculates radioactivity distribution when applying particle beams to an irradiation object and a measured image of radiation emitted to the outside by simulation on the basis of irradiation conditions of the particle beams and elemental compositions of the irradiation object, and performs: learning processing of generating a radioactivity distribution learning model by performing machine learning using the irradiation condition, the radioactivity distribution, and the measured image; and prediction processing of acquiring an actually measured image of the radiation emitted to the outside when the particle beams are applied to the irradiation object under an actual irradiation condition, applying the irradiation condition and the actually measured image to the radioactivity learning model, predicting the radioactivity distribution, and predicting the radiation dose distribution by the predicted radioactivity distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
