PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metamaterial transmission line device constructed so as to be considered influence of a curve of a transmission line on non-reciprocity.SOLUTION: A non-reciprocal metamaterial line device comprises each unit cell including an inductive element that is provided by being divided from a transmission line part and a parallel branch circuit that equivalently includes a capacitive element. The unit cell includes a spontaneous magnetization so as to be magnetized to a different direction for a microwave propagation direction and have a gyro anisotropy or be magnetized by an outer part magnet filed, and has different propagation constants in a forward direction and a reverse method. The transmission line part includes a pair of sides having lengths that face the microwave propagation direction and are different from each other. In each unit cell, the inductive element and the capacitive element are connected to the pair of sides as the parallel branch circuit in which non-reciprocity of the propagation constant of the non-reciprocal metamaterial line device becomes larger as compared with a case of not comprising the element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
