To provide a mouthpiece, a mouthpiece creation assistance system, and a mini-sprint capable of less expensively settling whole body pain symptoms caused by indefinite complaints such as fibromyalgia without invading teeth.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece 76 is detachably attached to the upper jaw tooth row of a patient. A mouthpiece body 78 has an approximately uniform thickness, and has, on an occlusal surface of the mouthpiece body 78, lower jaw tooth row indentations 84 at a jaw occlusal position during optimal mastication that balances basic muscle tone of the patient's whole body. When the patient attaches the mouthpiece 76 to the upper jaw tooth row and brings the mouthpiece into a mastication occlusal state or a resting occlusal state, the lower jaw tooth row is guided to a correct positional relationship, which balances the basic muscle tone of the whole body, with respect to the upper jaw tooth row by means of tongue-jaw reflex or mastication muscle-jaw reflex of the patient due to the attachment of the mouthpiece 76, and pain symptoms in the whole body can be eliminated or remarkably mitigated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
