To enable the arrangement of a customer in a seat, a room, or the like by considering a balance between work efficiency of a service provider and the correspondence to customer needs without generating the time and labor of procedures due to an additional reservation or visiting customer reception to a customer.SOLUTION: An arrangement management device for managing the arrangement of each customer in order to arrange a plurality of customers at a plurality of positions in a facility for providing services, respectively includes: a storage part for storing a plurality of arrangement patterns for arranging a plurality of customers to be arranged at a plurality of positions, respectively in association with a plurality of predetermined conditions; a reception part for receiving an input of a condition; an arrangement pattern setting part for acquiring an arrangement pattern associated with the received condition from the storage part, and setting the acquired arrangement pattern; a position determination part for applying the set arrangement pattern to determine a position for arranging the customer to be arranged; and an output part for outputting the determined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
