PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure of a precast concrete floor slab and a construction method thereof, in which the junction structure enables rapid construction work when replacing the floor slab, etc., at the same time narrowing a joint width and offering high durability.SOLUTION: Precast concrete floor slabs 1 are installed on a girder after removing an existing floor slab, at a joint part S leaving a prescribed interval, and are joined by filling high-strength fiber-reinforced mortar 9. A plurality of perforated steel plates 2 protrudes on an edge surface of the precast concrete floor slab 1 facing the joint part S, leaving a prescribed interval a. When the floor slabs have been joined by filling the high-strength fiber-reinforced mortar 9, the perforated steel plates 2 of the precast concrete floor slabs 1 that face each other are in a proximity to each other leaving an interval b, in parallel to each other. The perforated steel plates 2 are brought close and overlapped with each other, and flexure of the precast concrete floor slab 1 is received by bearing pressure between a hole 3 and a plate surface of the perforated steel plate 2 filled with the high-strength fiber-reinforced mortar 9, while avoiding two-plane shear failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
