To provide a manufacturing method of a Ni-based heat resistant superalloy excellent in plastic workability by using a novel method totally different from prior art, and the Ni-based heat resistant superalloy.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a Ni-based heat resistant superalloy having a component composition with equilibration deposition amount of gamma prime at 700°C of 35 mol% or more. The method includes a preparation process for manufacturing a raw material having crystal particle diameter of 200 μm or less by hot extrusion, and a processing process for conducting cold plastic processing on the raw material at a processing rate of 30% or more. There is also provided the Ni-based heat resistant superalloy having the component composition with equilibration deposition amount of gamma prime at 700°C of 35 mol% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
